| Compulsory Junior School Uniform for all classes: » Navy or red trousers (not jeans) or skirt or dress. » Navy or red sweater, shirt or blouse in navy, white or red. » The sports uniform is suitable and acceptable as a day uniform for Junior School. » Shoes with Velcro fasteners are recommended for children up to Grade II. A change of footwear for use at break times is essential. (Wellington boots of any colour or trainers). Children must wear trainers for P.E. classes. » Children must wear coats during the Autumn/Winter and Winter/Spring terms. Any colour is acceptable.

| The School Uniform is compulsory for all Senior students from First through Fifth Year. Sixth Year students are not required to wear the school uniform but must abide by the guidelines listed below. Dress and appearance should always be clean and tidy. Students should come to school dressed in a manner appropriate to a working atmosphere. Any student who is not dressed according to the dress code may be sent home to change or sent to study hall for the day for failing to come to school properly prepared.
First to Fifth Year » Students must wear a crested school top at all times. » Plain shirts, blouses, polo necks or polo shirts are acceptable when worn under a School crested sweatshirt. » Navy trousers or skirt, or respectable, regular cut, mid-blue denim jeans. » Plain, dark-coloured low-heeled leather shoes and socks. The shoe upper should not come above the ankle. Runners are not acceptable. » Jewellery - Girls may wear plain stud earrings. » Jewellery is limited to one stud earring per ear. » Hair must be neat and clean and, on boys, not exceed collar-length. » Jackets decorated with large logos or graphics and/or cult dressing are not permitted.
Sixth Year Sixth Year students are not required to wear the school uniform. However, as the most senior members of the student body, Sixth Year students must set a good example by wearing clothes that are clean, neat, and appropriate for a learning environment. Senior boys must wear a shirt with a collar. T-shirts, ripped clothing and clothes that expose the mid-riff are not acceptable. This policy is a Sixth Year student privilege. Any violation of the policy may result in the student being required to wear the uniform for a minimum period of one week.
Senior School Uniform only is available to purchase from the School: Uniform may be purchased at the School any time during the year and can usually be obtained before the start of the school year. » School crested sweatshirts are available in navy or red. Three per student are recommended. » School Jackets are available in navy only. |  | | Senior Sports Uniform | Sutton Park Senior School's Sports Uniform utilises microfibre for ease of wear, durability and maximum student comfort. The main colours are navy and gold.
Compulsory Sports Uniform » Navy microfibre tracksuit bottoms with gold piping * » Navy and gold rugby top (short sleeve) * » Showerproof gold & navy jacket * » Gold and navy sports socks * » Footwear: white-soled gym shoes, outdoor gym shoes, and hockey/soccer boots as necessary. Basketball boots are not suitable for hockey or badminton. For hockey, hardwearing shoes, suitable for use on the Astro-Grass pitch, with studded soles are necessary. Ask a member of the Sports Department or a sports shop assistant for advice. » Equipment: a hockey stick and badminton/tennis racquets when necessary. » Additional Equipment: Hockey players must wear shin guards and gum shields for hockey as a blow to the mouth can cause severe and irreparable damage to teeth. » All students should equip themselves with a secure and lockable sports bag that may be left in the changing rooms during the week. However, all sports gear must be taken home at weekends. » When the pool is open students should bring swimwear, hat, goggles (optional) and flip-flops. We also recommend the use of swim socks.
